The role is characterized by: -handling purchase operations and placing production orders to foreign partners, logistic operations and planning production agenda; - managing relationship with customers in Italy and abroad, handling their orders and coordinating shipments to foreign customers; - giving clear instructions for customerized productions; - coordinating the operations by Quality control team in different countries and production sites; - taking care of relationships with agents representing the company in several countries; - issuing commercial invoices and documentation for Customs clearance; - verifying documentations by foreign customers conforming to Customs and orders placed. Duties: - to know company goals and policy; - monitoring sales targets; - to be active with potential customers, develop new sales negotiations, place offers and submit agreements, negotiate the best sales conditions. - managing sales by agents and distributors - to analyze competitors, market trends and opportunities, together with other company roles - taking part to organization of trade fairs It is requested: Mandatory fluent knowledge of English and French. A third language will give preferential choice. It is requested a 3 years' experience in the role, even if in different sector. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel e Power-point and Graphics apps proven multi-tasking and problem-solving attitude; customer care skills; working by targets; fast learning on the job.
